Still, with persistence, you can get a bird of your own. The only question is if it’s worth it. Here’s what you should know about the Helicopter before you decide to spend your hard-earned tokens (or even Robux):
- It’s usable in the Plains and Desert
- Its top speed is 100km/h
- It doesn’t require Oil or Water
- It’s fuel efficient and holds 60L of gas
- It ignores essentially all obstacles
The Helicopter’s main advantage is that you can ignore ground obstacles. Broken bridge or a river in your way? Just soar over them. The unfortunate tradeoff is the Helicopter’s speed, which is about a third that of the Sport Coupe. Flying can also get dull since you can pretty much zone out in the air with only minimal input needed to keep your bird aloft. Despite those disadvantages, the Helicopter is worth unlocking in A Dusty Trip. The combo of good fuel efficiency and the ability to ignore Oil and Water means you can just cruise, confident you’ll complete your journey in one piece. There’s just no beating the freedom of flight.
