Jennifer Aniston herself stated that she’s in “better shape” now than she was in her twenties, as an Instagram photo reminded fans of her workout body. The 55-year-old actress is likely being paid handsomely to be the face of low-impact fitness brand Pvolve, and this snap was shared on the brand’s Instagram as part of its promo in January.
Showing off her rippling abs as she used Pvolve’s equipment during a floor workout, Jennifer sizzled in a tight sports bra that showed off her super-toned body, and there was even a quote from Aniston included. While the Friends star once made headlines for swearing by yoga, Pilates, and boxing, it looks like she’s switched over to the Pvolve method.
Jennifer Aniston Impresses Instagram With Workout Body
Using an arm pulley as she stretched herself out from a black yoga mat, Jennifer looked right ahead as she showed off her determination while working her already rock-hard core and arms.
Using one arm to pull the resistance equipment, the ex to Brad Pitt highlighted her sculpted arms and shoulders as she modeled a light gray, thin-strapped sports bra, with a pair of simple black leggings and sneakers completing the look. Showing off her light locks and wearing them a little tied back, Aniston glowed with bronzed skin as she delivered her move, with text in the image quoting her.
Looking ‘Better’ Now Than In Her 20s
“I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20s,” she said, adding: “I feel better in my mind, body, and spirit. It’s all 100% better.”
A caption, meanwhile, read: “Spot on, @jenniferaniston. Future-proof your body with the Pvolve method at the link in bio.”
“I love how consistent she is with her wellbeing,” one fan replied.
In June of last year, Jennifer opened up about her exercise and wellness routines, also mentioning Pvolve. Reflecting on her old attitudes, the star admitted that she used to “torture” herself. “I’d get up so early in the morning so I could get that hour of a workout in, and you would just be burnt out by the end of the day. And your body just doesn’t need to work that hard,” she revealed.
Of Pvolve, Jennifer Aniston added: “It is way more sustainable than any other workout that I have done.”
Noting that these days, she allows herself more grace and applies less pressure to herself, Aniston continued: “What’s changed for me in a big way was, if I didn’t get that five to six day a week workout in and it wasn’t a good solid hour of sweating, I’d feel I’ve failed myself.” Jennifer joins super-fit 50+ celebrities, including singer Jennifer Lopez, actress Halle Berry, and talk show host Kelly Ripa.
