Actor Jennifer Aniston posted on her Instagram story this morning paying tribute to Gunnar Mortensen, a camera assistant she worked with on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show. Erik Gunnar Mortensen was 39 years old when he passed away in Southern California earlier this week on Monday, July 4th, in a motorcycle crash. He leaves behind his wife and two-year-old son.
As soon as Jennifer Aniston heard about the tragic news of her ‘Morning Show’ coworker, she went straight to social media to use her platform for good. The Friends and Just Go With It star shared a tear-jerking picture of Gunnar Mortensen’s wife and son on her Instagram story with the caption below.
“This past week we suddenly and tragically lost Gunnar Mortensen,…“One of the bright lights on our @themorningshow set. As a camera assistant, he was so skilled and dedicated to his job.”

“In memory of Gunnar, a page has been set up to help raise funds for his wife, Keely, and his 2-year-old son, Lars during this difficult time. We are going to miss you Gunnar ?.”
