Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage might actually be over. The couple seemingly hinted at big trouble when they opted not to spend their second wedding anniversary together. Instead, the actor stayed behind on the West Coast as JLo bolted to the Hamptons with her friends. Although spending time apart is nothing new for celebrity couples, Affleck and Lopez also ignored the big day and did nothing to honor each other on social media.
According to Us Weekly, Jennifer Lopez was spotted having some fun in the Hamptons as she was photographed riding a bike and enjoying the summer weather in the passenger seat of a vintage car with friends. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck was snapped in Los Angeles as he wore a suit. However, he was still wearing his wedding ring at the time.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Completely Ignore Wedding Anniversary
Sadly, this could be a sign of things to come for the couple. Sources previously told the outlet that JLo suggested that she and Affleck take some time apart to figure out their relationship. However, instead they’ve been “living separate lives.”
“Jennifer has been trying for months to make it work and is pushing to fix things,” the insider dished. “They are going through so much individually and as a couple,” another source shared. “They may take some time to see if this complicated moment can resolve itself and they come back to each other [as] better people.”
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have yet to address any of the divorce drama publicly. They have been seen out together since reports of their marital issues began circulating. Sadly, the actor moved out of their shared home and the couple has opted to sell their lavish mansion.
While things are looking bleak for Jennifer Lopez’s marriage to Ben Affleck, the couple’s children are said to be doing their best to keep their blended family together. The kids are allegedly working to help their parents fight for their relationship in hopes that they’ll get back together. However, by ignoring their wedding anniversary, it seems that it may be too late for that.
