Jennifer Lopez has been spotted in public for the first time since the shock Diddy verdict. The singer, who dated the disgraced rapper and mogul from 1999-2001 was photographed keeping a low profile last week, with the snaps coming as Diddy was acquitted on most of the charges he faced.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution charge, but not for s*x trafficking or racketeering. Lopez kept her head down as she was spotted heading to a studio in L.A., although her world-famous figure did turn heads. Jen had fans commenting on Diddy more than anything else, although some felt that she’d dated him so many years ago, her involvements with him were 100% over. JLo is, herself, currently single as she leads a new life following her 2024 split from ex-husband Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Lopez Ducks The Cameras After Diffy Verdict
Photographed outside her black SUV, JLo didn’t look too cheerful as she kept smart-casual in a sporty daywear look.
The Jenny From The Block singer opted for skintight burgundy leggings that showed off her firm glutes, adding an open white Oxford shirt for a dressy finish. Flashing her toned legs while in sneakers, Jen carried a fancy-looking leather purse in burgundy, completing her look with her light dresses worn down and straight. Lopez also welcomed summer via a sunkissed face of makeup complete with foundation and bronzer.
The images were shared by Backgrid. “She dated him decades ago. I donโt think she cares or itโs even a blip on her radar,” one user said, gaining over 20 likes. See the photos here.
‘Not To Blame For His Crimes’
Backgrid had connected Jen to Diddy in a caption, which said that she was “steering clear of attention as headlines swirl around her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was recently convicted on two counts.”
“What a ridiculous article!! The woman dated the guy 30 years ago. She is not to blame for his crimes! So much persecution!!” another fan exclaimed. Diddy has spent the last nine months behind bars and has been denied bail. U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian made the decision, claiming that Diddy was unable to prove that he doesn’t pose a “danger” if let out.
Lopez has remained silent as Diddy dominated headlines over much of the past year. She has, however, said that the rapper was the first man to cheat on her, also calling the relationship “emotionally exhausting.”
