Meanwhile, in the third and fourth photos, Biel showcased her glamorous side by donning elegant white and black outfits, respectively.

Breaking Period Stigma
Biel recently recounted her experience with her first menstrual period as she launched her new children’s book, “A Kids Book About Periods.”
According to USA Today, the actress wrote the book to contribute to reducing the stigma around menstruation among young readers. Biel collaborated with DK and PERIOD., a global nonprofit driven by youth, aiming to eradicate period poverty and stigma.
“People don’t talk enough about periods. PERIOD. So, I wrote this book to change that,” she said in an Instagram post.
“If we grownups have the confidence to tell the truth about how menstruating bodies work, then we’ll give the kids around us the agency and voice to talk about their own bodies with confidence, now and for the rest of their lives!!”
