Going for a flesh-toned bathing suit, the mom of three rocked classic-cut bottoms paired with a sporty-style top, also choosing to undo the bust clasp.
Photographed candidly and with one hand near her belly, Jessie shot the camera a confident, direct gaze, also sporting her light locks down and blowing around in the ocean breeze.

In a caption, Jessie opened: “On my tour I had gained some weight and on my 5’1 frame that can be a lot(All the short girls know what I’m talkin bout)I noticed when my jeans weren’t buttoning anymore, and I wanted to get back to myself and start feeling strong and healthy and energized again. So I made a change right before this photo shoot and busted my butt!”
Revealing details of her diet and exercise routine, the cookbook author continued:” I did 100 lunges a day, squats, 100 crunches and couple mile walks and ate clean. High protein and low carb and lots of veggies. Feeling more energized and better than ever.”
Jessie has gained and lost weight before, even landing herself a South Beach Diet ambassador role for shedding 25 pounds of baby weight on the brand’s foods. Also known for having fronted South Beach Diet is reality star Savannah Chrisley.
