Joe is currently serving a 21-year prison sentence for a murder-for-hire plot of his rival Carole Baskin. The star reportedly received no blood test from his scan in May, and his PSA levels have dropped. A source claims:
“He is very tired and drained and says as soon as he leaves prison, he will be seeking professional doctors and treatment – but his immune system is all but completely ruined.”
The source also referenced the poor living conditions among inmates in the prison as potentially aggravating his ailing health. The TV personality is still trying to stay alive, but it is getting harder by the day. Joe was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021, but he found hope again and announced it was in remission.
Things, however, took a painful turn when he received shocking news about possible cancer in his lungs. He shared that X-rays, CT scans, and a PET scan last year showed that he had spots in his left lung. Joe claimed that cancer spread due to the stress of being locked in solitary confinement and poor living conditions.

The entertainer shared that Joe Rogan, Matt Gaetz, and Jerry Jones have sent a word for his pardon.
His lawyers, headed by Levi McCathern, have also sued to overturn his convictions. McCathern alleged that there were several inconsistencies in the case against his client. The attorney insisted that Joe did not hire anyone to carry out a murder, and no one got killed either. Per RadarOnline, he shared that Joe was the only one charged in the murder-for-hire plot.
