The jury awarded Depp millions in compensatory and punitive damages, but the trial result also changed the public opinion of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor. He is now back in public favor, but he also appears to be living his best life, as recent photos show him.
Last week, Depp was spotted enjoying island life at High Tide Cafe in The Bahamas. He is also believed to have mixed up a cocktail with local bartender Ralf Zoilo at Black Point’s restaurant. During his visit, Depp appeared to be in good spirits, and photos from this outing show him smiling and looking relaxed. He is wearing a button-down top, which seems to have paint stains (so perhaps he has been getting creative), and sunglasses as he enjoys his drink.
While there, Depp was also reported to have greeted other customers.

Fans eager for updates about the beloved star’s life will welcome this news. But the Bahamas have always held a special place in his life. Depp owns an island, Little Hall’s Pond Cay, located in the Exumas archipelago in The Bahamas. The actor purchased the property 20 years ago. Beautiful beaches and blue waters surround his ranch-style home.
According to Page Six, each beach has been named after Depp’s loved ones, including his children Lily-Rose and Jack, and his ex (whom he remains close to), Vanessa Paradis.
Although there will be many good memories for Depp on his island, fans will also recall that Amber Heard had previously alleged that Depp assaulted her during their trip in 2015. Almost ten years later, and the actor appears to not have a care in the world.
