In recent years, Hailey has found tremendous success with her skincare brand, Rhode. Since she recently sold her company to E.l.f Beauty for $1 billion, her loved ones fear about what will happen to her assets if she decides to get divorced. To make sure her money remains hers, they’re apparently pushing Hailey to put protections in place in case worse comes to worst. “People around Hailey are cautioning her to get a mid-nuptial agreement to cover herself,” a source told the outlet.

A mid-nuptial agreement will ease their minds, especially after recent reports about Justin Bieber’s financial troubles. In May, TMZ released a Hulu documentary that dived into the pop star’s money situation. Following their investigation, the outlet discovered that Justin made about $500 million to $1 billion throughout his career. However, he ended up almost losing it all, partly due to debts from the cancellation of his Justice World Tour in 2022.
So, how did he recover? Apparently, Justin was so desperate for money that he was forced to sell his music catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital. According to TMZ, his former manager, Scooter Braun, urged him against the idea. Since the singer is still so young, he thought it would be best if Justin sold his music later in his career. However, Justin didn’t listen and went through with the deal anyway, leading him to come out with $200 million. The hefty sum helped put his financial situation back on track. Despite this, Hailey’s friends think it would be best if she got her “personal assets in order before it’s too late.”
