The Justin Bieber paparazzi drama continues. Earlier this week, the singer called out a group of photographers for following him to Palm Springs, California, ahead of Coachella. Despite begging them to give him a “f—ing break,” the paparazzi have continued to seek him out. Since they’ve refused to leave him alone, Bieber decided to confront them again. This time, things got uglier than ever when he went on a rant about feeling used for money.
He’s Had Enough
The latest incident happened on Wednesday, April 9. In a video shared by X17online, Justin Bieber can be seen heading to a coffee shop in Palm Springs, California, with some friends. He was walking alongside the sidewalk when he noticed paparazzi waiting outside the store for him. They immediately started taking photos and videos of him. In response, Bieber tried to sabotage their shots by covering his face with his hand.
Since this is the second time he’s been followed in the desert this week, Bieber chose to give the photographers a piece of his mind. When they greeted him with a “good morning,” he replied, “No! Not good morning! You already know. Why are you here?”
The singer told the men to go away and accused them of caring about nothing but profit. “Money, that’s all you want. You don’t care about human beings,” Bieber said while making the money hand gesture.
The drama didn’t stop there. Bieber continued calling out the paparazzi’s morals while walking around and covering each of their cameras. The men began stepping back from Bieber when they noticed him getting annoyed. However, they didn’t stop filming or taking pictures of him.
Bieber tried to get the paparazzi to leave one more time by shooing them away with his hand. After they finally gave him some space, Bieber turned around and joined his friends inside the coffee shop.
Fans React to the Justin Bieber Paparazzi Video
The Justin Bieber paparazzi video has received a mixed response on social media. Some people criticized the singer for his outburst. They claimed that lack of privacy is just the price that comes with fame and that Bieber should get used to it.
Meanwhile, others were more sympathetic. Those who’ve followed Bieber’s career over the years felt he had every right to get angry since he’s been dealing with the paparazzi since he was a kid. “They just gotta give him a break already,” one fan commented. “Everyone deserves basic respect and space,” another said.
This marked the second time Justin Bieber has confronted the paparazzi in Palm Springs. Earlier this week, he was also approached by photographers while out with a friend. They had just bought some coffee and were heading to their car when members of the media surrounded their vehicle. Bieber called the paparazzi “f—ing a—holes” for following him. “In the desert, really?” he asked, before telling them to give him a “f—ing break.”
Bieber has been hanging out in Palm Springs ahead of Coachella. The music festival, which runs for two weekends, will take place on April 11-13 and April 18-20.
