Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME recently launched worldwide for many mobile players, but those on PC won’t have to wait any longer to dive into this brand-new adventure. The PC version of Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME is finally here, and to celebrate it, Akatsuki Games is bringing a new mission for the Defense Force, as well as two new characters to add to your roster. So, if you were not part of the initial launch, now’s the perfect time to jump into the fight.
Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME Celebrates Its PC Launch With Two Characters
The first one to join the roster is the new 5-star Chester Lochburn, also known as The All-Rounder. He is the former captain of the British defense force and will now help other Defense Force members in the upcoming mission. Also, you’ll get to experience his character story that will take you through his convoluted past.
Joining him is also a new version of everyone’s favorite Kikoru Shinomiya, called The Inherited Will. Those familiar with the source material or the anime will quickly notice that she has her father’s gauntlets. That’s because Shinomiya uses the Dimensional Numbers Weapon 2, developed from a parallel-world Kaiju No. 2. If you’ve already finished the show’s second season, this will hit even harder due to certain events that happened with the Shinomiya family. Regarding her character story, Kikoru will join Kafka at a family restaurant to strengthen her resolve.
And last but certainly not least, the Main Story Chapter 4: London Defense Operation is coming, which will put Kikoru, Kafka, and Sagan on the field, as they team up with Chester to fight Kaiju in the city.
If you’ve been waiting to play Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME, the PC launch is the perfect excuse to do so, especially with all the rewards, characters, and events coming to the game. And if you have a few pulls saved from the launch version, you should definitely use them to bring some of these Defense Force officers home. I know I’ll be trying to add my beloved Kikoru to my roster.
