Kaley Cuoco proved that anywhere can double up as a gym in an Instagram video shared by trainer Ryan Sorensen towards the start of the global pandemic. The actress, 38, turned her bedroom into a makeshift gym as she squeezed in a Zoom workout, and it was impressive stuff.
Getting her heart rate up as she jump-squatted high up onto her bed, The Big Bang Theory star showed off her fit figure in a tight spandex look, and fans loved it. Kaley has since made headlines for snapping back into shape following the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda. She continues her training sessions as a mother with Ryan.

Ryan clarified that he and Kaley were in different countries at the time of the video, using a Canada geotag in his post.
Opening his three-slide post with footage of Kaley jump squatting on the floor, Ryan showed off his famous client as she rocked a skintight black pair of leggings paired with a matching crop top. Showcasing her toned figure, Kaley returned for even more action as she was filmed leaping to her bed, this time joined by chihuahua Dumptruck Dumpy, who sadly passed away this year.
Rocking sneakers and her light locks in a bun, Kaley followed Ryan’s instructions via the laptop on her bed, with the closing slide showing her on a yoga mat and turning her laptop around to show the camera the Zoom session.
Fans Say She’s ‘Ripped’
In a caption, Ryan wrote: “Out of the country – no problem, we still get our work in. @kaleycuoco getting after it on @zoom.”
Fans are loving it. “Kaley killing it like always! Total beast in the gym. Dumpy chilling on the bed is so precious,” one replied. “Look at her shoulders and arms. She’s ripped! And smart, funny and beautiful,” another said.
Kaley is known for her love of yoga, tennis, and resistance work. Prior to welcoming Matilda, the star made fitness headlines as Ryan headed to her $12 million Hidden Hills mansion for lockdown training sessions.
Kaley’s headlines this year have also included the launch of her Oh, Norman dog care brand, named after deceased pet pooch Norman.
