The couple saw it fit to pull their daughters Sunday Rose, 15 and Faith, 13 back into the radar this weekend, to attend their first red carpet event in their mom’s honor. Both girls joined their parents Saturday at the 49th AFI Achievement Award gala in glamorous outfits perfect for the occasion.
While Nicole Kidman donned a show-stealing sequined gold thin-strapped gown, her daughters opted for simple strapless dresses, with Keith Urban complementing the family’s red carpet presence with his classic suit. The family was joined by Nicole’s niece, Sybella Hawley, who graced the event in her red strapless gown.
While accepting her award, Nicole Kidman made sure to spotlight her husband and daughters, appreciating their supportive presence. She quipped,
“And then right there is the love of my life and the loves of my life. My daughters have never been anywhere publicly with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so they’re here, Sunday and Faith.”
Nicole Had One Big Family Reunion
Also showing their support, the actress’ sister Antonia, alongside her husband Craig Marran, attended the event. Speaking to People, Nicole acknowledged the presence of the couple and their daughter Sybella. She explained how beautiful it felt to have family turn up to share such memorable moments with her. The mom-of-four also gave nods to family members who could not join them, including her mom, Janelle, and late dad Anthony.
