It’s been a few months since Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes started dating and undoubtedly, the pair are a match made in heaven. The country-pop singer proved it when she appeared on the newest episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper. During the chat, Ballerini spilled some details about Stokes and their relationship. When asked her favorite thing about her boyfriend, the singer revealed it was his caring attitude. Ballerini then recalled an incident where Stokes proved to be a caring man. “He got my windows tinted for me,” Ballerini began.
She then explained that one time, she went out of town to begin her next record while Stokes remained home due to the actors’ strike. However, when she finally returned, she was shocked to see her car windows tinted. Ballerini said she asked Stokes about it and he replied:
“Yeah, you need to be safe. I want you to be safe.”
At that moment, the singer thought of her man as the most thoughtful person.

During the podcast, Ballerini, who divorced from Morgan Evans also got candid about her experience in the bedroom with Stokes. She explained how her sex life with the actor was very different from her past experiences.
“Sex was something I always felt was very…like my experience with it was very performative and for the other person. You know? And it don’t be like that anymore,” she told Cooper.
Next, the 30-year-old sweetly admitted that she was having a nice time. Furthermore, Ballerini opened up about the difference in the quality of sex, being with someone she felt more emotionally connected to. She told the host:
“I mean, I didn’t understand how it could be a real connector in a relationship. I never understood that. I always thought that it was just something that you did because that’s who you do it with. You know? No, no, no — now I realize it’s a connector for people.”
Ballerini finished by noting that having spontaneous date nights was one of the ways she and Stokes kept things romantic.
