Khloe Kardashian stunned many fans when she reunited with her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, for the first time in years on her family’s reality TV show. While the reunion appeared to be very emotional for Odom, it was also tense and awkward. Kardashian’s never been one to shy away from saying what’s on her mind, or telling it like it is. So, when she opened up about her marriage to the former LA Lakers player, she revealed that she learned a huge life lesson by making a mistake she’ll never repeat again.
During the latest episode of Khloe Kardashian’s podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, the Good American founder dished on her whirlwind romance with Lamar Odom. As longtime fans will remember, Khloe and Lamar met at a party in 2009, they quickly got engaged and were married just one month later.
Kardashian admits that she knows the quickie engagement and wedding was a bit dramatic. However, she doesn’t regret it at all. Although she knows that she would never get married again after such a short time with someone.
“I got married in 30 days of meeting my first husband. We met and then, when he proposed, we got married 9 days later, so yes, [I’m] guilty [of falling for the spark],” she said on the podcast.

Khloe went on to gush over that time in her life, remembering it as it was one of “the best experiences” she’s ever had. However, now that she’s older and wiser, it’s not something she “would ever do again” because you “don’t really know the person.”
Kardashian looked back at her dating history and love life, revealing that she considers herself a “head-first” type of person. However, she’s changed her tune a lot over the years. Following her tumultuous relationship with baby daddy Tristan Thompson, the reality star has been single for the past three years, and she couldn’t be happier.
“It hasn’t worked out great for me in the past, that’s why this time I wanted to try something different and I really like where I am right now in my life, I really do,” she confessed. “I don’t think I’m ready to date at the moment,” she added.
Kardashian then got vulnerable and revealed to her podcast listeners that she’s afraid to throw off her routine and bring a new romantic partner into the mix. At this point, after being single for three years, she doesn’t want to have to share her bed or remote control with anyone.
While Khloe Kardashian’s fans are happy that she’s in just a good place, they are still rooting for her to find her perfect match in the future. “Getting married quickly is something she’ll never do again, but I do hope she gets married sometime in the future,” one fan commented.
