The Kid’s Prize pack includes books, toys, games, and activities based on the theme for that month. For May, the theme was “Fun in the Sun.”
It’s still a really cool concept to me, as a mother of two. It’s not filled with all this collectible “stuff” that all you can do is sit on a shelf or whatever people do with them. The box offers four categories to cover girls and boys from ages ranging from 4-8 and 9-12.
This book was included in the May 2016 Kid’s Prize Pack. Goodreads.com summarizes this book as follows:
When the bus carrying a group of kids home from summer camp breaks down on an abandoned road during a heatwave, things go from bad to worse very quickly. There’s nobody around to help. Sixty miles back the way they came in camp. Sixty miles the opposite direction is the highway. Neither direction is the source of much hope. With no way to call for help, this group must ride it out and survive the elements. Will they make it through?
This sounds like a book I would like to read!
Nothing says “Fun in the Sun” like a Nerf Super Soaker! This is a small ZipFire for ages 6+.
Of course, some Water Grenades would be helpful in the water battle!
If’ you’re not into water gun fights, How about using one of these Air Warriors Tek 3 Dart Guns in the battle?
This box is definitely all about having summer fun and this Poof MiniMax Spider foam football definitely adds to that fun.
This two-sided cartoon was also in the box. More reading for fun!
As I have stated in previous reviews, this box brings a lot of fun and education. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids. Especially those who think reading can be boring. If you’d like to sign up, head over to the Kid’s Prize Pack website and get in on the next box!
