Kim Kardashian may be one of the most recognizable celebrities in Hollywood. However, she may have some competition in the future. Kardashian’s daughter, North West, is predicted to become a big star in her own right, despite her reality TV star mom and rapper dad, Kanye West. It seems to be written in the stars as multiple psychics have allegedly told Kim that she won’t be able to stop North’s blossoming career.
During the most recent episode of the famous family‘s reality series, Kim Kardashian shared that she’s had several psychic readings and that they’ve all alluded to North West’s future in the entertainment business. In addition, Kardashian claims that her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., also comes through for her as well. In fact, she claims he’s the one who issued the warning about North’s career, per TODAY.
“Every time I go to a medium or something, they always say, ‘Your dad’s coming through to tell you that you’re not going to be able to stop North. She wants to have a big career. You’re not going to be able to hold it back,’” she said. “For years everyone’s been telling me.”
The SKIMS founder opened up about North’s interest in being in the spotlight while the tween prepared for her role as Simba during Disney’s live 30th-anniversary concert at the Hollywood Bowl. After the performance, there was a lot of criticism about North’s performance and speculation that nepotism may have landed her the gig. However, Kardashian defended her daughter’s Lion King role.

Kardashian was angry to learn that there were haters slamming her daughter online (via Billboard). However, she clapped back at them, revealing that anyone who wanted to “hate on a child” should be ashamed. “She’s so proud of herself,” Kim added. “She’s not there to be Mariah Carey.”
Meanwhile, Kim confessed that she’s struggling to share the spotlight with her 12-year-old daughter. As North breaks into the business, it’s taking away from Kardashian’s own work. She spoke candidly about becoming North’s “momager,” and admitted she was quite up to the challenge just yet.
“I really wasn’t planning on being a momager for another 10 years,” she told her sister Khloe on the show. “I still have 10 years of work that I want to do. I still want to be me. I still have more to do. Every day that she is busy doing something is a day that I can’t work because she’s not doing anything where I can’t be there the whole time.”
Later on the show, Kardashian’s own “momager,” Kris Jenner, shared her advice. Jenner revealed that Kardashian just needed to “embrace” the role and that she’ll be “just fine.”
Only time will tell if North West will live up to the fame that her parents, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, have amassed. However, she certainly seems to be driven at a young age. Maybe the psychics are on to something.
