Despite everything that Kim and her siblings have been through over the years, nothing could have prepared them for what she reveals this season.
Kim Kardashian caught everyone’s attention in the trailer. The 44-year-old mom of four is seen in the video with tears streaming down her face, revealing an event she couldn’t believe was happening. Kim claims she received a chilling phone call that turned her world upside down. And this time, the danger she was in didn’t come from a stranger. It came from someone she considered a close member of the Kardashians’ inner circle.
The frightening sneak peek shows Kim sharing with her family that investigators told her someone “extremely close” to her allegedly put a hit out on her life. The shocking scene unfolds on camera as she sits at a desk, fighting tears, reading information off her computer. The scene jumps ahead, revealing police cars pulling up outside her Calabassas mansion, as Kim is heard in the background saying that she’s “terrified out of my mind.”
Of course, the identity of the enemy behind the alleged threat isn’t revealed in the teaser. So, as you can imagine, Kardashian fans went to town trying to solve the identity of the person. As you may well suspect, many believed the culprit could be Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kanye West, according to Page Six.
Kim Kardashian Threat Puts Family Members on Edge
Many recall when Kanye once claimed on social media that Kim accused him of the very same thing. Whether this connects to that claim or not remains to be seen. The news obviously sent the entire KarJenner family into a state of panic.
The family’s normal united front appears shaken as the trailer hints that danger might be closer to them than anyone imagined. This is not the first time that Kim Kardashian’s life has seemingly been placed in jeopardy. In 2016, she was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room, an ordeal that haunted her for years.
Kim Kardashian later assures viewers she’s “happy it’s over.” However, the trailer’s ominous tone seemingly suggests that the drama is far from over. Whether or not The Kardashians viewers learn just who was behind the threat on Kim’s life or not remains unknown. At least at this time.
Even though the danger may be behind her, the sheer thought that someone within her circle that she trusted could have taken her life is something out of a nightmare. It should be an interesting season for fans. At least those who are anxiously waiting to see how the latest chapter in Kim Kardashian’s life unfolds.
