The ‘royal tea’ has been spilled, this time, by none other than the Palace, aka King Charles himself. For days since his visit to the UK, Prince Harry and his PR team have been trying their best to produce a narrative that things were going well in terms of the Duke’s reconciliation with the Royal Family. Things were going so well, in fact, that Harry claimed he was going to take Archie and Lilibet to the UK for a spell. Well, Charles has finally put his foot down on this nonsense and revealed the truth of the situation.
“The King has been absolutely clear in upholding his late mother’s decision that there can be no ‘half-in, half-out’ public role for members of the family,” a Palace source told The Times.
The source went on to shut down any other rumors that Prince Harry was being somehow welcomed back into the royal fold or that he would be having some “high-level talks” to get him back into the swing of being a working royal. To be fair, everyone already knew this bombshell would be dropped by King Charles, sooner or later. Otherwise, his wayward son would just have free rein and publicity, spreading all the rumors he pleased after the recent private meeting. But now that the King has officially called out Harry’s lies, the Prince has given his own response.

Prince Harry Tries to Backtrack His Lies After the Palace Admitted The Truth
Prince Harry, or at least his spokesperson, has also claimed that he, too, doesn’t want to have anything to do with Royal Family public appearances or “half-in, half-out” royal roles. “The duke has made it clear that the focus has to be on his dad,” the source explained, a similar remark to what Harry said to The Guardian around the time he went to Ukraine. But the Duke backpeddled even further, saying that he is currently “very happy with his life in California with his wife, Meghan.”
After building up so much PR hype for his ‘great comeback,’ Prince Harry’s gamble of King Charles not revealing the actual truth didn’t work out for him. And now, the Duke is trying to save face by stating he, too, didn’t have any such plans. After “desperately trying to be perceived to be coming back in the royal circles, the palace finally put an end to the f**kry-good for them,” remarks a commenter. “Oops…they got caught lying…again. And now they deny lying..again,” added another.
As for the statement about Prince Harry being happy with Meghan Markle in Montecito, someone explained what that PR speak actually means: “This isn’t a failed negotiation. This is a reaffirmation of the life he’s chosen and is completely content with.” The user continues, “Except he was trying to see if he could go back in any capacity. If he is so happy, why was he trying to go back?“
And this is very true indeed, as one commenter put it, “The palace took two weeks of PR drek and burned it down to the ground in one fell swoop. 🔥🔥🔥” So much for Harry’s grand plans for reconciliation.
