Kourtney Kardashian continues to harbor ill feelings toward her family members. The eldest Kardashians star is angry that her ex and baby daddy, Scott Disick, remains such a key role in the KarJenner family dynamics. Kourt claims she has had enough and that the time has passed for change.
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were together from 2006 to 2015 and share three children: Mason Disick, Penelope Disick, and Reign Disick. After nearly a decade together, the couple parted ways just months after welcoming their youngest son.
Since then, Kourtney has moved on and married longtime friend and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. The couple welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Barker, in 2023. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are head over heels in love and reportedly have a happy marriage.
However, something tends to rub Travis and Kourtney the wrong way: Scott Disick. Scott can’t seem to cut ties with the KarJenner family members, which makes Kourtney feel betrayed by her family, and she wants it stopped.
Before Kourtney Kardashian married Travis Barker, she and Scott had a very friendly and happy co-parenting relationship—one that worked for all involved. However, since Travis came into the picture, there has been one disagreement after the next, primarily due to differences in parenting styles and decisions.
Kourtney Kardashian Issues Ultimatum
The Kardashians star understands that she and Scott Disick will always be connected through their children. But she and Travis feel Scott is pushing things and disrespecting their wishes.
Radar Online reports that sources close to Kourtney Kardashian claim she is livid over how close Scott and her sister, Khloe Kardashian, continue to remain. “The level of closeness that her whole family has with Scott bothers Kourtney, but his friendship with Khloe irritates her the most.”
It is well known that Khloe has a soft spot for Scott. Since losing his parents, he has no family remaining. He is a vulnerable soul who has latched on to the only real family he has known in years. So, Khloe refuses to turn her back on him.
Kourtney has made her displeasure well known to her family members, but so far, no one seems to take her feelings seriously. The insider adds, “Kourtney’s not trying to be petty. She has good reasons for wanting to have some boundaries with Scott, but her family refuses to respect that.
“Kourtney and Scott are not cool, so you’d think her family would back off and follow her lead and create a little distance. It is very triggering. Kourtney would just like Scott to go away.”
Many Kardashian fans seem to agree with Kourtney. They find Scott and Khloe’s relationship bizarre and inappropriate. Kourtney Kardashian is ready to force her family to choose between her and Scott. This could be a dangerous ultimatum because, as it stands right now, Scott may have the upper hand on this one.
