Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker already have a large blended family. However, the famous couple wants to add more children to their brood. Currently, Kardashian has three children from a previous marriage. She shares sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Meanwhile, Barker shares son Landon and daughter Alabama with former wife Shanna Moakler. In 2023, Kardashian and Barker welcomed a child together, son Rocky Thirteen. However, they may not be done yet.
According to Radar Online, Kourtney Kardashian, 45, may have struggled with health issues during her pregnancy with Rocky. However, she and Travis Barker still want to have more children together. The Poosh founder allegedly hasn’t given up hope that she and her husband can conceive naturally. However, if it proves to be too difficult, they do have a backup plan to expand their family.
Sources reveal that Kourtney and Travis are not opposed to using a surrogate to carry a child for them. In the past, Kourtney’s sisters have used surrogates to welcome children. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s two youngest kids, Chicago and Psalm, were born via surrogate. Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian’s son, Tatum, was also carried by a surrogate.

“Kourtney has been very open about wanting another baby with Travis, and they are trying the old-fashioned way pretty much non-stop. But if that doesn’t work this time, using a surrogate is on the table,” an insider dished, adding that they’re “not ruling out the prospect of twins.”
Of course, if it was up to Kourtney she would carry the baby herself. She allegedly hates the medical process of egg retrieval. However, she’s willing to do whatever it takes to give Travis another baby in the future.
“[Kourtney] obviously hates the process of getting her eggs taken out,” but “if that’s the only way to make it happen, she’s open to it,” the informant added.
If Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are forced to use outside methods to conceive, they are hopeful that they could perhaps welcome twins. The insider reveals that having multiples would be a “huge plus” for the duo. In addition, the reality star wants another girl to join sister Penelope after welcoming three boys.
It’s been a whirlwind few years for Kardashian and Barker. The couple began dating in 2021 and were engaged that same year. In 2022 they tied the knot in a televised Italian wedding (via People Magazine). They struggled with fertility until finally getting pregnant in 2023. Later that year, they welcomed their son.
While 2024 was all about sharing the joy of their baby boy together, it seems that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker could be looking to give Rocky a younger sibling in 2025. Whether they do it the old-fashioned way or use a surrogate, fans will undoubtedly be wishing them the best in their journey.
