Larsa Pippen was in the mood to show off the results of her training sessions as she snapped a workout selfie on her now-defunct Larsa Pippen Fitness brand’s Instagram. In June 2020, the reality star seemed ready to give the fitness business a go as she promoted her workout plans. While the business appears to have gone bust, the Instagram account promoting it is still live.
Snapping an indoor selfie in a sports bra and rolled-down gym shorts, Larsa showcased her super-fit figure in a leggy outfit. In a caption, the 49-year-old reminded her followers that fitness is a “no excuses” deal for her.
Larsa Pippen Flaunts Workout Gains On Instagram
Posing in front of a giant mirror and backed by light-wood floors leading to a living and dining area, Larsa showed off her toned thighs and calves, plus her ripped abs as she went itty-bitty in a blue, rolled-down pair of shorts.
Drawing the eye to her gym-honed waistline and arms, the former best friend to SKIMS boss Kim Kardashian also wore a black sports bra with a bust peephole. Flashing some cleavage as she gazed into her phone, Larsa completed her look via sneakers, adding in a black pair of fingerless training gloves to up the gym vibes.
‘No Excuses’ Workout
Sporting her highlighted locks in a bun, Larsa kept her glam low-key as she wore only a little foundation. In a caption, the jewelry designer wrote: “No excuses.”
“Looking good!” one fan replied. Another told Larsa: “Wow, you’re in great shape.”
Larsa is known for keeping on top of her fitness, with her basic workout routine including daily laps in her swimming pool. Of how she handles what lands on her plate, the Chicago native told Hollywood Life.
“I’m really big on prepping what you eat for the whole week.” She added: “I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we’re gonna eat. If you’re prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you’re gonna eat and then you end up eating junk.” Larsa shares all four of her children with NBA superstar ex-husband Scottie Pippen.
Of how she handles burning off cheat food calories, Larsa once again referenced her status as a mother. “I love dessert and I’m known to make pies. Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks,” she continued.
