Lies of P is one of the best Soulsborne games that wasn’t made by FromSoftware. The game not only takes inspiration from Dark Souls gameplay like different weapons and builds, but also in terms of level design. The St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel is the third location of the fourth region or chapter in the game. Due to its confusing and similar structure players might get lost and not collect every item available. So here is the full walkthrough of St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel in Lies of P and the location of all its collectibles.
Starting from the Stargazer of St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel in Lies of P go through the door on the left corner. After passing, you will see a piano on your right side. Go there to get the Stained Choir Sheet Music that has some interesting lore about this location. Then go inside the big hole at the center of the hall and turn right.
Go straight until you reach a ladder going down on the right side. Before going down, turn left to get the Vivid Ergo. Then use the ladder to slide down and continue on your path until you reach a pool of Deacy liquid. You can easily sprint to the other side without getting the Decay Status Effect or you can use a Resistance Ampoule if you have one. On your way, get the Cat Dust at the side of one of the pillars.
There will be some enemies coming out of the Decay but you can ignore them and run to the other side. Use the ladder to go up. There will be two enemies rushing towards you and one standing on the far throwing Decay balls at you. It is best to first throw something at the far enemy and then deal with the other two.
Once you’ve crossed, use the ladder to go up. On the left side, you will a bunch of barrels and crates. Break them you will see a gap on the floor that you can jump down. On the other side of the platform you landed on will be a Radiant Ergo Fragment. Then jump down on the next platform to get the Hidden Moonstone of Cathedral Chapel in Lies of P. Use the little platform to run by pressing O on PlayStation or B on
Use the ladder to go up again and this time turn left. There will be an enemy throwing a Decay ball, so you either have to kill it by throwing something at it or block its attack as you cross. There will be another enemy rushing towards you and one other throwing Decay Balls. In the meantime be careful not getting thrown down by large gears that are rotating.
Once you’ve dealt with the last enemy, turn left and walk across the small wooden planks to get the Star Fragment. Then turn around and go straight until you reach a ladder that goes down. Go straight and then turn left. There will be an electric ball coming at you, so wait until it passes and then sprint before the next one comes down.
On the right side of the giant gear, you can see a ladder going up. Use it and then you will come across another giant electric ball coming at you. Same as before, wait until it passes and then sprint. On the left side, you will find a Trinity Room that you can unlock if you have a Trinity Key.
Use the ladder to go down and this left go through the left side of the giant gear. There will be two enemies you must deal with. Continue your way and you will come across a bloody written on the wall stating the Archibishop is dead. There will be two enemies in the room and one behind the wooden door that will break.
After dealing with them, continue on your path and then turn left to get a Dim Ergo Fragment. Turn around and continue your way until you reach a platform with gears blocking it. Wait for the right moment and then sprint and jump. Make sure you drop down the flames to destroy the floor of Decay below.
Once you’ve passed both gaps, turn right and you will find a handle at the far end of the hallway. Use it to make the gear go reverse. This will unlock a shortcut in case you need to come back to St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel in Lies of P. Then if you look down, you will see a small platform that you can jump on.
Then you will another small wooden platform that you can jump down. This will lead to a secret corridor with a chest and two enemies in it. The chest will contain a Legion Plug which can be used to make or upgrade Legion Arm.
Then use the little elevator you have on the right side to go upstairs again. After getting off the platform, turn left and go straight until you reach a ladder on the left side. Use it to go up and you can pick up a Crescent Moonstone at the end of it. Then jump down and open the iron gate to go to the next chamber.
There will be a Cat Dust at the center of the room but when you get close to it a strong and bulky enemy will appear. It is weak against fire, so if you have a fire canister or grindstone, use it to finish it off quickly. Then go through the door on the right side. As you walk in the corridor, on your right side will be a gap between the walls. Go inside and turn left to find another chest. This chest will contain a Krat Supply Box that you can give to Polendina in the hotel.
Use the elevator to go down and you will reach the next Stargazer and reach the Library of St. Frangelico Cathedral in Lies of P.
