BITBOX Ltd. has released a new weather focused update for their multiplayer medieval sandbox game, Life is Feudal: Your Own. The update brings enhanced weather, including snow and rain. This weather isn’t just for aesthetics either, as it will actually impact gameplay as well. While rainy days are great for tree growth, livestock prefers the warmth of sunshine, and the perfect mix of both weather conditions can double or even triple crop yields.

Snow also comes with a few complications of its own. If left to accumulate, snow will not only slow you down on roadways (removing the associated speed bonus), it can eventually smother your fields and destroy your crops.

For those new to the game the Steam Store description describes it as follows.

“Realistic medieval multiplayer sandbox with terraforming, free preset and modular building construction, rich crafting (smelting, forging, farming, animals breeding etc.), survival, no target physics based combat, original combat formation system and numerous other features. “

For more information on the update, you can check the full notes found here. For more information on the game itself, you can check out its Steam Store page found here. As always be sure to explore the rest of The Nerd Stash for more news and many great articles and features.
