Olympian Lindsey Vonn is showing some “doctor approved” action in a bikini on Instagram. The former alpine skier has made headlines recently for undergoing knee surgery, but she’s back in action. Posting to Instagram just two weeks after going under the knife, Lindsey Vonn stunned fans in a red bikini as she went jet-skiing. Vonn, 38, made sure to get her doctor’s okay before hitting the water in Lake Powell. The ex of Tiger Woods also showed her sense of humor as she captioned her swimwear-clad post.

Reminding fans that she’s still in recovery, Lindsey posed with stretchy knee support as she showed off her super-fit figure.
Modeling a skimpy red bikini with thin straps, the Under Armour face showed off her sizzling frame as she posed from a boat, also stunning fans with the natural rock backdrop. Lindsey caught the eye with her long, toned legs, also flaunting her rock-hard abs.

Lindsey Vonn sent her 2 million+ Instagram followers a smile as she also rocked dark shades to offset her bikini. Fans swiping right then got water sports action as Lindsey enjoyed a jet ski outing. “Doctor approved activities,” a caption read.
Lindsey’s surgery wasn’t a result of a particular injury. Rather, the star has revealed that it was damage sustained throughout her career.
Even with all these surgeries I have no regrets.
“I loved skiing and I’m never going to complain about all the the things that have happened to me,” Lindsey wrote on social media after her op. She added: “It’s still the same motto as it always has been: When we fall, we pick ourselves up!” Fans, meanwhile, have sent Lindsey Vonn and her bikini post the thumbs-up. “Hey good luck on the knee rehab.
