Lonely Mountains: Downhill, the downhill mountain biking game from Megagon Industries, is officially getting a Switch release. Thunderful Publishing and Megagon took to their social media to announce that the game would be coming to the platform on May 7th. Those looking to purchase can get the game from the Nintendo eShop at $19.99. This is a great mountain biking game to both relax on, and compete for the fastest times with other players.
Lonely Mountains: Downhill wowed fans and critics alike when it released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC back in October. It got solid reviews from critics and even went on to win a few awards. Those awards include being in several “Best Games of 2019” lists, Best Indie Game at the German Developer Awards, and a nomination for “Excellence in Design” at the 2020 IGF Awards. Now that it’s being brought to the Switch, players on that console can experience the acclaim the game has received.
Ride on sixteen different tracks and complete a myriad of challenges in all that Lonely Mountains: Downhill has to offer. Along the way, you’ll unlock new outfits, bike colors, and new bikes with varying stats and playstyles. There’s even a day and night cycle, offering a little more ambiguity for those who want more of a challenge. Lonely Mountains: Downhill is a game that really prides itself on letting you play in your own way. If you want to relax and go down the mountain at your own pace, you can do that. If you want to race with others to be the best mountain biker, you can do that too.
Lonely Mountains: Downhill rides into the Switch action on May 7th.
