If you are trying to fill every Adventurer’s Tome in the game, you’ll have to cook numerous foods. If you are currently tackling Rohendel’s Adventurer’s Tome, you’ll notice that Ether Essence is one of the food items you need. This guide will teach you how to craft Ether Essence in Lost Ark.
How to Craft Ether Essence in Lost Ark
To craft Ether Essence in Lost Ark, you need two ingredients:
- Azure Energy Concentrate
- Magical Fermentation Boost
To begin, head to Rohendel and go to Rothun. Find the Cook NPC, Ailara, in the southwest building of the map. The easiest way to reach this area is by taking the Artisan’s Forest Triport before heading northwest to the building. The image above shows the exact location. When you speak to Ailara, you will find every Rohendel Adventurer’s Tome food recipe, including the Ether Essence. Before you can craft Ether Essence, you must get both ingredients.
Azure Energy Concentrate is the more straightforward ingredient to find if you have a lot of silver. To get Azure Energy Concentrate, run to your right until you find Eiza, the Cooking Ingredient Merchant. Eiza sells the Azure Energy Concentrate for 205,000 silver. Purchase the Concentrate to get the first required ingredient.
Magical Fermentation Boost does not require any silver, gold or any other currency to purchase. Instead, you must complete the Mischievous Fairy Una Task. Mischievous Fairy is a daily Una Task located in Breezesome Brae, Rohendel. To get the Magical Fermentation Boost, you need 150 reputation points. This is the equivalent of 15 Una Tasks or around 15 days’ worth of daily tasks.

Once you obtain both ingredients, head back to Ailara to craft the Ether Essence. It will appear in your inventory, where you can right-click it to add the item to your Adventurer’s Tome.
