Season 4 of the Netflix reality dating series Love is Blind is unlike the previous seasons. There is Irina, who tries pitting Zack and Bliss against each other. Micah has been deemed a mean girl and a bully this season, which resulted in her apologizing for her behavior. Love is Blind has slowly faded away from trying to have contestants eager to find love for Season 4. Now the Netflix reality dating series just wants drama. Considering no one from Season 2 together and the success rate of couples staying together, this should not be surprising for anyone who has ever watched the show. The drama between Zanab and Cole is child’ play compared to the backstabbing, lies, and antics of Season 4. This show is no longer about seeing if love really is blind and contestants finding their forever people. That idea is long gone.
Micah and Irina Are Just Two Pieces of the Drama Pie
Despite Season 4 backing away from the original Love is Blind premise, doesn’t mean the show isn’t worth watching. The pod talks are still interesting, but so are the chats in the lounges. Irina and Micah make a mean girl team for this season, forget sisterhood. Contestants are looking for trouble in Season 4 more so than love. It’s because Micah and Irina’s personalities are so unlikeable that the other women don’t enjoy their company. Every season, producers have had more annoying contestants (yes, like Shake) and people put into the series purely to stir up trouble. Apparently, people trying to form deep connections over a week with people they’ve never seen is just not spicy enough. If you want to see real long-term love connections for this season of the Netflix reality dating series, you will find yourself disappointed.
You must know that things will get ridiculous with the longer face-to-face time added in each season.
