A woman in California completely melted down over the presence of a cameraman at a mall parking lot. While she claimed she lived in a “loving community” and even told him that Jesus loves him, she immediately shifted to claiming he had a demon. That’s a “loving” Karen, alright.
The bizarre encounter was uploaded by TikTok user karenchaosvideos, which shows a woman wearing a striped shirt. From the get-go, the Karen is confrontational, asking the cameramen if they are “overgrown 10-year-olds,” given the fact that they are covering their faces. She added, “Real men don’t hide.“
Out of the blue, another Karen appears briefly and tells the cameramen to get a job. She then exits the scene, leaving the striped Karen all by herself. The interaction continued, with the woman asking if the cameramen had any questions regarding her community. Most likely ironically, the woman says that the cameramen would be “more than welcome” to join their “really loving community.”
The cameramen stood in silence for the whole time. Eventually, the striped Karen started to leave and told the cameraman recording the interaction that “Jesus loves you.” However, she stops in her tracks and then laughs. Apparently, the cameraman shook his head, which was, according to her, a sign of demonic possession, just like a scene from The Exorcist.
“I knew that would be it. That’s the thing! I knew the minute I said that you’d shake your head and get a reaction, because the demon always reveals himself,” the striped California woman utters. Then, she finally leaves the parking lot, saying, “God bless you.”
Karen Blasted, Reactions
Obviously, people pointed out the dissonance between the California Karen’s claims of living in a “loving community,” her “Jesus loves you” persona, and the straight-up demonization of a man who sinfully shook his head.
“Nothing like the love of Christian hate,” one user wrote. Another one commented, “Loving community as long as you do exactly what they say.” A third one said, “She had a full-blown conversation with herself.”
In this day and age, being able to talk the talk and walk the walk appears to be an impossible task, but you can at least try. Right?
