Zach and Tori Roloff experienced a harrowing weekend involving one of their children. In a recent Instagram update, they revealed that their daughter Lilah got into an accident in the pool. The little one suffered a nasty gash that had her parents’ hearts in their mouths.
Tori took to her Instagram Story to give fans an update on life lately. She shared a photo of 4-year-old Lilah with a plaster covering a deep wound above her left eye. “When it rains, it pours,” the doting matriarch quipped. In a follow-up post, she explained what happened to her daughter with a photo of a bandaged sitting in a lounger.
“Lilah had a little accident in the pool yesterday. I’m so glad she’s okay. She split her eye pretty good but luckily stitches weren’t needed but I think she’s going to have a solid scar.”

The Little People Big World star expressed gratitude to her team of friends who helped out during the difficult time. “There was a lot of blood but they kept me calm to be able to manage it all,” she divulged. Luckily, Lilah seems to be doing well.

Since saying goodbye to the TLC show, Zach and Tori have done their best to keep fans in the loop. Before Lilah’s accident, the pre-schooler had her tonsils and adenoids removed. The surgery was done to improve the quality of Lilah’s sleep after she was diagnosed with a “moderate form of sleep apnea.”
Recall that in April, the couple exited Little People Big World after 25 seasons and 18 years. Zach and Tori revealed their decision to step away during a February episode of their Raising Heights podcast: “We are not [coming back], and we made that pretty clear the last cycle. This last cycle was rough between the family and the farm deal, and we’re done with that. We’ve moved on.” Indeed, the couple has entered a new chapter.
