Machine Gun Kelly’s relationship with Megan Fox has seemingly gone from bad to worse. The singer and the actress announced that they were pregnant with their first child together in November 2024. However, just days later, reports that the couple had called it quits surfaced. Rumors swirled that the Fox had seen some incriminating material on MGK’s phone during the Thanksgiving holiday. Since that time, neither party has spoken out about their relationship. However, the same can’t be said for Fox’s former husband, Brian Austin Green.
It was recently reported that Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox were not on speaking terms. The couple’s breakup is made all the more dramatic as the actress prepares to give birth. However, MGK took to social media to seemingly debunk those rumors with a cryptic post, per Page Six. In the photos, which featured the singer looking very different with a full beard and ponytail, he appeared to deny the gossip. “How can ‘sources say’ when sources haven’t said anything,” the singer captioned the post.
Meanwhile, Green wasn’t about to let Kelly’s message slide without chiming in. The former Beverly Hills 90210 star defended his ex-wife, whom he shares three sons with. Green took to his own Instagram story using MGK’s song Don’t Let Me Go as the background for his message.
“Bro. Just be honest for once in your life. Stop caring so much how you’re perceived that you will try and drag other people,” Green wrote.
Megan Fox’s Ex-Husband Isn’t A Fan of Machine Gun Kelly
Of course, this isn’t the first time that Green has publicly called out Kelly for his relationship with Fox. Shortly after the news of the couple’s split made headlines, the actor spoke to TMZ, and he didn’t hold back when it came to sharing his true feelings about the singer.
““In your 30s, like, f–k. Grow up. Like, she’s pregnant,” the BH90210 star said back in December. “I just want the best for her. I want the best for the baby. I want the best for our kids. That’s a shame.”
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have seemingly always had a volatile relationship. The pair first met in 2020 when they co-starred in the film Midnight in the Switchgrass. In 2022, the couple officially announced that they were engaged. The following year, they dealt with the first of their breakup rumors (via People Magazine).
The duo eventually called off their engagement. However, they continued to work on their relationship. Machine Gun Kelly revealed that he had gotten sober after a stint in rehab. So, when Megan Fox announced their pregnancy, fans were thrilled. Now, things are very much up in the air for the couple. Only time will tell if they’ll be able to work things out and how the arrival of their baby will impact their messy relationship.
