A poolside argument at an apartment complex in Woodland Hills, California, has drawn widespread attention online after footage of the confrontation began circulating this week.
The video shows a heated exchange between a woman identified in social media posts as fashion model Georgia Rose and a Hispanic family using the community pool.
The full clip was shared on X by @LongTimeHistory, which credited the original video to TikTok. The footage has since sparked accusations of racism and a debate over disputes about who is allowed to use shared amenities at California apartment complexes.
In the video, Georgia Rose is heard confronting the family at the pool, saying, “Do you know that you were just let in by residents with your seven kids?” She also accuses them of not paying rent, while the family says they are residents. A second woman wearing a zebra-print bikini tries to calm the situation and at one point tells Rose to “go inside now.”
The argument becomes more heated when Rose asks, “Does your mom even speak English?” The woman recording the video responds, “Leave my mom alone. What’s your problem?”
After being accused of racism, Rose says, “I’m not racist.” The woman recording disagrees, calling her behavior “very disrespectful” and telling her to leave. Later, Rose asks the family, “Are you a citizen?” before the woman recording turns the question back on her.
At the root of the confrontation appears to be a dispute over the pool’s guest limit, with Rose repeatedly referencing a two-resident policy and the number of children present.
