We’ve talked about the world of crossovers quite a lot here. That is because a lot of franchises are looking for ways to make some creative crossovers. In the world of games, we have Fortnite x Marvel. And it seems now that in the world of cards we’ll also have crossovers soon. The company behind these cards, Hasbro, has announced new Magic the Gathering crossover. It will be with Assassin’s Creed and Final Fantasy. Of course, this isn’t the first time they do this. Other games like Fortnite also made their way to the cards franchise and peopled liked it.
Magic the Gathering crossover cards will arrive in 2024
Right now, we don’t know a lot about the cards that will come with this crossover. However, we imagine that we might get some classic characters. Most likely for the Magic the Gathering crossover with Assassin’s Creed, we’ll get characters like Ezio or Altair. We are not sure if we’ll get the characters from the upcoming games but it’ll be nice to see Ezio appear, or we hope so. It remains to see what type of things Ubisoft and Wizards of the Coast will work out for that.

Final Fantasy 16 Will Drop Another Trailer Soon
On the other hand, we have the second Magic the Gathering crossover and it is with Final Fantasy. This franchise is even bigger than Assassin’s Creed. There are 15 main games, with the next one in the works, and some of them have sequels which make the number reach 20 or higher. Beyond that, we have a lot of characters. Yet, we think that we might see Final Fantasy 7‘s Cloud or Tifa make their way to the cards. This is a bit harder to guess given the huge roster of Final Fantasy characters but it’ll be nice to see who they add for the upcoming Magic the Gathering crossover.
