One of my favorite things about the internet is the number of people who really do want to do the right thing. Whether the ‘right thing’ is voting for a person who can make a genuine change or trying to find someone who caused a disturbance in a public place, the internet will tend to come together. One of my favorite TikTok creators, @tizzyent, who focuses on trying to find people who are recorded being racist, homophobic, and more, recently made a video trying to locate a man who broke down the door of a local Spring, Texas, bar. According to the comments, it looks like the man in the video will be found sooner rather than later!
A viral video has surfaced from the Springs, Texas, community of a man who entered a restaurant and threatened to sue the owners. According to the video above, the man had entered a local, family-owned restaurant named Chubby’s. He had not ordered anything, but proceeded to seat himself where he then reportedly fell from the chair. It’s unclear exactly how he fell from his chair, but the video shows him complaining to the staff and threatening to sue because of the faulty chair. It’s likely that he had wanted to collect some sort of fraudulent insurance money for the incident.
According to the video, the man proceeded to storm out of the building and break the establishment’s door. While video evidence was being taken of the damage to the door, the disgruntled customer decided to make things worse, asking the owners to step outside in order to have a more physical dispute. Fortunately, no one stepped outside, though this did not deter the man, who proceeded to ask the staff if they were legal, referring to their citizenship status. At this commentators raced to reply with their thoughts, with the top comment saying, “Tell me you voted for trump without telling me you voted for trump.”
Fortunately, it appears that various viewers were able to positively identify the man, blating his name in the comments for @tizzyent to find. Now, @tizzyent is not in the business of bounty hunting, so we can’t expect an update in which the man in the video is actually found. However, we can expect there to be some kind of update that details where the man works, what he does for a living, and how we can get in contact with his employer to let them know about the viral video.
