Only those chosen by Solaris-3’s God, Sentinel Jue, can become the Magistrates of Jinzhou. Jinhsi is the youngest and the latest Magistrate in Wuthering Waves, and she has an extraordinary connection with the dragon Jue, as it appears in her resonator showcase. Although she is very young, Jinhsi is a girl with the maturity to carry the enormous responsibility of caring for the citizens of her city. Despite her delicate nature, she has the power to defend Jinzhou from any possible threat.
As the Magistrate, Jinhsi is also a link between Jinzhou’s past and the city’s future. For her, it is essential to move forward in a period where people are still recovering from the calamity of the Lament. But also to continue to share the traditions and ancestral culture to not forget them during this process of rebuilding civilizations. Fortunately, Jue himself is the one who helps and guides Jinhsi, but as seen in this Wuthering Waves resonator showcase, her power is different from Jiyan’s. Jiyan can use his dragon part to fight against strong enemies, but Jinhsi seems to unite with Jue’s consciousness, even reminiscent of Dan Heng from Honkai Star Rail in his Imbibitor Lunae form.
Jinhsi is a 5-star Resonator with Spectro attributes and enough strength to carry a Broadblade. If you want to use your Tides to get Jinhsi, you can do it in the Resonator promotional banner starting June 28th. She will also have her Companion Story but remember that both the banner and her story will be available for a limited time until Changli’s banner arrives for the second phase. Wuthering Waves already has some events and rewards ready for version 1.1. So don’t forget to pick up your Astrite from the compensation for the maintenance time in the game mail.
