Marvel Rivals Leak Shows Amazing Upcoming Military Magneto Skin

One could say this new skin is quite… attractive.

A prominent Marvel Rivals leaker has shared gameplay footage of a new Magneto skin that is bound to get those Magneto mains interested. The footage, posted by RivalsInfo on X (formerly Twitter), showcases Magneto in a striking black and gold military-inspired outfit. The costume features a flowing crimson cape with gold embroidery and, notably, no helmet, something the mutant leader doesn’t usually go for. Maybe the threat of Charles Xavier doesn’t exist in Rivals.

NetEase has a limitless amount of source material to pull skins from, and this leak shows that if nothing else, the skins are going to be extremely unique and not stuff that you’ve already seen in the MCU or other TV shows.

Magneto, a Vanguard (aka Tank) in Marvel Rivals, plays a crucial role in team compositions by absorbing damage and protecting teammates. While he is a fan-favorite, players feel the game needs more Vanguard options. Fortunately for the tank mains, leaks suggest that The Thing may join the roster soon, adding another sturdy hero to the mix.

The Magneto skin isn’t the only cosmetic update coming to Marvel Rivals. RivalsInfo has also leaked gameplay footage of new skins for several other characters, including Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch, Moon Knight, Squirrel Girl, and Doctor Strange. One of the most notable reveals is a Wasteland Hulk skin for Bruce Banner. While there’s no official release date for these cosmetics, fans speculate they could arrive with the launch of Season 1.

In addition to the skins, leakers have uncovered hints of a new Capture the Flag game mode, which is a must-have in hero-shooters. NetEase Games has also teased a crossover with Marvel Snap, Marvel Future Fight, and Marvel Puzzle Quest, with more details expected soon.

With so much leaked content and official updates on the way, Marvel Rivals players have plenty to look forward to as the game continues to expand.
