Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered debuted last month, and PC modders continue to bring new characters to the game with great determination. While players suffered with weird mods like Uncle Ben’s gravestone, Saul Goodman from Better Call Saul, and Kermit the Frog until now, that seems to have changed recently. Because pretty cool mods like TMNT released last week undoubtedly made the game more interesting. A new one added to these mods a while ago. The new PC mod has been released, making Spider-Gwen playable in Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered Lets You Play as Spider-Gwen
A new PC mod arrived after the mod that turned Spidey into TMNT characters. Actually, this one is pretty cool as well because it turns Peter Parker‘s Spider-Man with a custom, high-res model of Spider-Gwen. Uncle Ben’s gravestone mod is out for this game; what could be worse than that? Meanwhile, the mod was created by DrYongers; here is the download link if you want to experience it.
Unofficial PC mods like this do not fundamentally change the gameplay. The characters may look different but basically have Spidey’s abilities. Same for Spider-Gwen. Besides that, it does not change Peter Parker’s voice, and it does not change Peter Parker’s name in the story. You’ll be protecting New York City from the bad guys with Spider-Gwen, but basically, she’s a modified Peter Parker.
