Being a parent is arguably the most stressful job in the world, especially when the children are still young. However, not everyone understands this, and that was the case for this Massachusetts mother as a very rude man harassed her while she attempted to get her children safely in her vehicle. A recently posted TikTok video by the account @momminnow shows the altercation, and the clip has around 100 likes and 5K views. The video continues to strive for viral status as social media users leave behind their own thoughts on the matter.
Unfortunately for the viewers, the TikTok starts off with the action already underway. Immediately, social media users are thrown into a heated debate regarding a parking spot. It would seem as though the man in the car is very angry that the Massachusetts woman is taking so long to get her children strapped into her car. The man may want to either park in her spot or is also trying to leave, with the woman blocking his path. Yet, the mother states that there is plenty of room to get around her as she can be heard saying, “You can just pull out, there is an empty parking spot right in front of you.“
TikTok Flames Rude Massachusetts Man Amid Parking Lot Dispute
The TikTok comment section was also quick to take sides in this, with some even going against the mother in this situation. “I would have moved super slow,” wrote one. “Call security, call the police, this is threatening behavior,” pointed out another. One other comment in defence of the man read, “I’m a mom, and I’m on his side.” Finally, one stated, “People are so angry for no reason.” While most social media users are in support of the mother, it would appear not everyone shares her way of thinking.
As the TikTok continues, so does the Massachusetts natives’ argument. It would even get to a point where other people walking into the store are stopping to watch everything unfold. The man in the car would seemingly have had enough of this, as he starts using vulgar language as well as speaking another language to the woman.
However, the video would then suddenly cut off as the Massachusetts woman claims that “I will be taking my time strapping my kids in.” While the video comes to an untimely end here, this situation could have been avoided. Hopefully, next time, the man will have a little more patience or just find a new spot to park in.
