Two years since the last entry in the Life is Strange franchise, Max is back in Life Is Strange: Double Exposure with some seriously mind-boggling events, and of course, loads of danger, mystery, and thrill. This time around Max Caulfield is back and ready to unravel the mystery behind her own friend, Safi’s murder, but there’s a big plot twist, as there always is, and Max will need to use her powers again after promising that she would never touch them again. Let’s take a look at what we learned about Max and her latest adventures at the Xbox Games Showcase.

Max Caulfield comes back in Life is Strange: Double Exposure when she discovers that her friend Safi is dead. While she vowed to never use her powers again, Max’s only option is to try to rewind time to bring her friend back, but instead, she does something entirely different and accidently hops into a different reality where Safi is still alive and well.

However, that doesn’t mean she’ll be alive for long if Max can’t figure out how to save her. Given that Max is the only one capable of switching realities and hopping back and forth to save both Safi and herself, she has no choice but to try her best to prevent more murders.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
