Megan Thee Stallion just wants to move on. After a petition calling for Tory Lanez‘s prison release went viral over the weekend, the “Savage” rapper is asking his supporters to stop trying to get him pardoned since he’s 100 percent guilty of shooting her. “FACTS ARE FACTS, he did it,” Stallion said.
Megan Thee Stallion Insists Tory Lanez Is Guilty of Shooting Her
Megan Thee Stallion slammed the viral petition in her latest TikTok. She criticized Tory Lanez supporters for making her relive the trauma of getting shot all over again by trying to get his case reopened. Stallion claims they’ve been “harassing” her ever since she first accused Lanez of shooting her in 2020. She doesn’t understand why his fans keep defending him since his story keeps changing. “One min him/ yall said I was never shot now yall letting him play in yall face AGAIN and say I was shot but it wasn’t him oh okay,” she wrote in a text post.
Stallion was referencing a report mentioned in the petition of Lanez’s legal team claiming her ex best friend, Kelsey Harris, shot her instead. “I’m sick of this sh*t,” Stallion said about Lanez’s supporters spreading misinformation. Since they’ve been going at it for five years, Stallion has had enough and just wants to be left alone.
She continued by saying she has no reason to lie about Tory Lanez shooting her. She doesn’t gain anything from it. In fact, the whole situation has only made her life more difficult due to all the hate she gets from his supporters online. Even if people doubted her, his involvement has already been “proven in court,” so trying to get him pardoned is useless.
After calling out his fans, Stallion ended her post with a message for Lanez. “TORY PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE you a f*cking demon,” she wrote.

About That Petition…
Megan Thee Stallion’s TikTok post comes just days after a petition calling for Tory Lanez’s prison release spread online. The petition has over 273K signatures on Change.org. It asks California Governor Gavin Newsom to pardon Lanez (whose real name is Daystar Peterson), claiming he’s innocent in the 2020 shooting of Stallion. It references the claim made by Lanez’s legal team suggesting Kelsey Harris actually pulled the trigger. The petition also questions his sentencing by raising concerns over Lanez’s safety following the news he was stabbed in prison.
According to BBC, the incident happened on Monday, May 12. While serving his 10-year prison sentence in a California prison, Lanez was stabbed 14 times by another inmate. The attack left him with injuries all over his body. Both of his lungs also collapsed. Lanez was then rushed to a hospital, where he was temporarily put on a breathing apparatus before finally being able to breathe on his own again.
Lanez’s prison stabbing has reignited conversations about him being pardoned. Celebrities like Drake and Amber Rose have even called for his release online.
