One of the followers you can obtain is named Alonzo, more commonly known as Cuculus. This pompous yet suspicious man promises to help you retrieve a stolen item in exchange for a favor. You will need to explore the Abandoned Tomb dungeon in Metaphor: ReFantazio to unlock the Faker Liniage. Although this is an optional mission, I highly recommend completing it since you want to develop all the bonds you encounter. This dungeon is quite treacherous, though, since it’s filled with mimics.
How To Complete Abandoned Tomb Dungeon in Metaphor: ReFantazio
The main enemy that you will encounter in the Abandoned Tomb dungeon is the mimic chest in Metaphor: ReFantazio. These creatures usually appear as a harmless treasure chest that may trigger your gamer instinct. Be careful, though, since you must defeat them before you can claim the item. They are weak against Light magic, but you can distract them with the gold attack from the Merchant Archetype.
Since it is a tomb, you can also find undead monsters roaming this area. You can also challenge a Kadablich in this dungeon. It can be considered a mini-boss, and this enemy is usually accompanied by two undead monsters. Another enemy you can encounter is Red Elementa, which will run away from you, but you can hit one with Ice magic to defeat it.

Best Team Comp
When you decide to explore the Abandoned Tomb dungeon, I highly recommend bringing a Healer since they can use Light magic. Besides that, using a Brawler is also a good idea since the Noble Malmorta enemies are weak against Strike attacks. If you want to have an easier time against Imitec monsters, you can bring a Merchant Archetype. Note that the gold attack will cost you 500 gold.

How To Explore Abandoned Tomb Dungeon
The Abandoned Tomb dungeon is fairly complex since it consists of several floors and many crawl holes. My best tip is to watch out for any big hole that you can use to enter another zone.
While the undead monsters are somewhat annoying since they like to hide behind pillars, the Imitec won’t attack you unless you open a wrong treasure chest. The only safe chests are those that are placed on pedestals. If you find one lying on the ground and not guarded by anything, that one is likely a monster.
Although you can fight Kadablich here, your goal is the Trove Imitec monster. You know that you’ve found it when you see a massive treasure chest. This mini-boss will drop a key that you can use to unlock the large door near the entrance of the Abandoned Tomb dungeon. Inside, you can find Malveno’s Ring, which you can give to Alonzo.
