Michael Strahan’s twin daughters served up cuteness this week on social media, celebrating friendship and sisterhood. Via Instagram, Sophia shared a photo dump of some fun moments spent with her closest friends. She began the photo dump with a shot of herself posing by the pool in a black dress. In another poolside shot, the Duke University undergraduate was joined by two of her girls, rocking dresses of lighter hues. Sophia Strahan followed up with a photo showing her sitting on an outdoor couch in blue two-piece swimwear.
She also shared a shot of her and her girl pal Ella Gruenstein locked in an adorable embrace. While Sophia Strahan donned a nude two-piece swimwear in the photo, her friend opted for a sky-blue piece, throwing on sunglasses. Another photo showed Michael Strahan’s daughter with friend Chloe Bernstein in sultry dresses posing together for a mirror selfie.
Sophia Strahan also shared an adorable pic showing her standing on the sandy shores in nude two-piece swimwear while staring dreamily into the wavy ocean. She wrapped off the photo dump with a shot of herself in the nude bikini, posing cheekily on a footpath leading into the beachfront home. The starlet reminisced on the joy of having her friends surround her via caption, writing,

Michael Strahan’s Daughters Lean on Each Other
The cute display of friendship captured the hearts of netizens who sang praise of the girl suad. Sophia’s sister, Isabella Strahan, was among the first to react to the pics, writing in the comment section,
“Cutest girl group.”
In response, Sophia voiced how much she’s missed her sister, while Chloe Bernstein from the mirror selfie added, “Love you.” In a previous shot, Sophia Strahan shared photos and videos of her and Isabella in swimwear enjoying a day by the pool. Despite living in the aftermath of her diagnosis, the sisters got to bond over their swimming sessions as Isabella relearned to live again.
The 20-year-old opened up about her diagnosis and ensuing chemotherapy in January 2024, with Sophia sharing photo documentation of those tough moments via Instagram. In one interview, Isabella recounted how the diagnosis changed her world as she knew it. Following the surgery to remove the brain tumor, the youngster admittedly struggled with cognitive functions. Hence, she spent a month of rehabilitation relearning basic skills like walking. With her supportive family behind her, this phase would, in no time, become a fragment of history.
