In a matter of days, Microsoft will released Windows 10. The operating systemย is set to introduced several new features, one of which is multi-tasking capability.

The tech giant has released a video presentation showcasing this new feature.ย In the video, Microsoft highlight three main features,ย the Action Center, Task View and Snap Assist.

As cited on Windows Blog, Snap Assist helps users manage the screen with ease. Windows users often open severalย applications at once, and with this feature, usersย can display four application running simultaneously on one screen.

To activate snap assist, users can simply drag the application window to the corners of the screen. The OS will also give suggestions on how to fill up the empty spaces on the screen.

Task View simplify desktop management, and allows users to create a virtual desktop to expand their work area. Furthermore, this helpย users when working on multiple tasks, by placing running applications in aย different desktop screen without having to use additional devices.

Finally, there’s Action Center. This feature storesย notifications and key settings in one place, allowing users quick access to manage them or take action such as replying to emails or adjust the brightness of the screen without having to open the application.

These three features will be available whenย Windows 10 officially launch on July 29. Windows 7 and 8 users can update to windows 10 for free.
