Loot Crate is one of those subscription box companies that offer a wide variety of choices.  We have reviewed several different variations of their crates.  Take a look at all the different crates we have reviewed for them.

The crate I am looking at today makes my 8-year-old very happy.  It’s called the Minechest.  Yes, it is based on Minecraft.  We are looking at one of the past Minechest crates.  This chest is delivered to subscribers every other month on the even months.  So, the next one will be in June.

According to their website, this is a 100% Minecraft subscription box that delivers exclusive toys, collectibles & apparel sourced from in-game locations every 2 months.

Cost: $39.99/every two months (remember to use our link and code NERDSTASH to save $3.00)

Let’s take a look at the first Minechest that started the series in December 2016.  The theme was “Home Sweet Home.”

Minechest

This came just in time to wear to your Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater party.  It’s the Mine Chest Exclusive Ugly Sweater Minecraft T-Shirt.  Although, I don’t find it to be ugly, really.

Minechest

Those spiders aren’t the scariest thing I’ve encountered while playing Minecraft with my son.  They’re pretty easy to handle compare to the Creepers that come up from out of nowhere!  This toy would be great for freaking people out as it is one of those crawling toys.  Great for pranking people!  Just don’t tell my son that or I could be the next victim!

Minechest

Now, I would be the coolest mom in the world if I baked Minecraft Christmas cookies, right?

Minechest

This sticker set looks a little “useless” until you realize they have instruction on how to build something with them.  Then it becomes really cool.

Minechest

It’s a Minecraft Rubber Stamp and Ink Pad.  I really like the design of the stamp as it represents the bookshelf in the game.

Minechest

The final item in this Minechest was this exclusive pin.

I think this crate will be a hit for Minecraft players. A box full of Minecraft goodies every couple of months?  How can you go wrong? The next one will be available in June so you should go sign up now!  If you decide to sign up, remember to use our link and our code:  NERDSTASH to receive $3.00 off.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
