The game that never dies, Minecraft has once again teased gamers with more content and llamas. Yes, Minecraft 1.11 has introduced fuzzy mobile chests formerly known as llamas. This is the “Exploration Update”; the first in the series of “Exploring” themed things. I think.
You now have the ability to wander through the dark and deep forests of Minecraft and, hopefully, encounter some truly spooky ghosts. “Illagers” which aren’t from any Beastie Boys backlogs, are new mobs that inhabit the new derelict structures in those dark wooded areas called “Woodland Mansions”. These Illagers don’t take too kindly to strangers breaking down their mansion doors and looting their precious chests. Be careful because these new mobs will have some dastardly vexes up their ghoulish sleeves.
These creepy haunts will be even spookier on the big screen.
How do you find these new Woodland Mansions? Well, cartographers, which will be found the already abundant villages, will sell you some snazzy maps. These maps will also highlight the elusive Ocean Monuments as well.
Last but not least, llamas will be a major update to the cuteness factor of Minecraft 1.11. Llamas will help you transport goods across the world and “They’ll even form caravans as you lead them to the land and attack hostile mobs with gobs of spit”. [source]
The changelog will be out this Wednesday with an accompanying snapshot of the aforementioned update. You will be able to try out some of the newest features in 1.11 before they are out and give a little feedback along the way.
