Sodium is an element on the periodic table of elements with the atomic number 11. It is used to create various compounds and items, including soap, underwater TNT, bleach, and ice bombs. By the end of this guide, you will learn how to make and get sodium in Minecraft Education Edition.
How to Get Sodium in Minecraft Education Edition
Sodium is an element on the periodic table. Sodium is an Alkali metal alongside lithium, potassium and rubidium. In Minecraft, you must use an element constructor to create elements and isotopes to use in chemistry. The only way you can obtain an element constructor in Survival mode is through in-game commands. You can access the creative inventory search and find one if you are in Creative mode. However, if you are playing on Bedrock Edition, you must also have “Education Edition” turned on in your world settings. You cannot obtain an element constructor or sodium in Java Edition.
Minecraft: How to Breed Horses
Once you obtain an element constructor and interact with it, you will see a circle with “p+”, “e-“, and “n” icons. Each of these icons and the sliders underneath them represent protons, electrons and neutrons, which you must set to create your chosen element. For example, if you put each number to one, you will get the hydrogen element.
To get the sodium element, you must set the slider numbers as follows:
- Protons: 11
- Electrons: 11
- Neutrons: Between 11-13
Once you set each of these numbers, a “Na” symbol will appear on the right side of the circle, indicating that you have successfully made sodium.
In Minecraft, you can use sodium in various crafting recipes. For example, using sodium with a block of TNT in a crafting table will give you Underwater TNT that will explode underwater. You can also use Sodium Hypochlorite and water to create bleach and Sodium Acetate to create ice bombs. You can create numerous other compounds using sodium, including NaCl for salt, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Hydride, and even soap.
