Mojang continues to delight fans with new updates, proving once again that the game can be developed further, even though more than 10 years have passed after its release. At the presented event, you will be able to enjoy new interesting adventures, maps, and incredible discounts, which is definitely a plus. We will divide this guide into several parts so that you can quickly find the information you need.
How to Start Minecraft Summer Event 2023
In total, the summer celebration will be held for 18 days from June 23 to July 10, but the main event Trails & Tales will be available only for the first 3 days. To participate in Trails & Tales, depending on your device, you will need to have the following versions of Minecraft to gain access:

After launching the game, you will notice a special Trails & Tales event button in the lower left part of the menu.
Minecraft Summer Event 2023 New Conent
Probably one of the best new features in this update is a map from The Hive called Timeless Trails. There you can find many adventures that will take you a long time because you have never seen anything like it before. Alone or with friends, you can visit lost archaeological caves filled with enemies and treasures and find a new rare cherry grove biome where you can get wood and boards of an unusual pink color. In addition, there will be a lot of puzzles and mini-games that you can find in forgotten civilizations that will be waiting for you.
The update will also affect mobs, among which you can find the sniffer, which was considered extinct, but thanks to your efforts, everything can change. We assume that you will find exclusive missions with this mob as well. Also, you can find new armor that will be hidden in the world and no one knows what to expect from it.
As we mentioned above, Trails & Tales will take place during the first three 3 of the Summer Event, but that’s not all, as the remaining 15 days will feature many unique offers from Mojang that can be purchased in the store with up to 75% discount. They will apply to almost all items, including skins, maps, texture packs, mini-games, and much more. In addition, until the end of the promotion, you can get a free item every day in the store, including a new free Character Creator item inspired by the latest update, which is a nice bonus for fans.
