Moonkissed Toppings Guide for Cookie Run Kingdom
This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Cookie Run Kingdom‘s “Invitation from the Slumbering Moon” or the Version 4.0 update added a twist to the unit building mechanics with the Moonkissed Toppings. But what are they, and what is the best way to use them? This Cookie Run Kingdom, mobile game guide is going to explain all you need to know regarding Moonkissed Toppings.

Moonkissed Toppings are five Toppings that have been enhanced and given bonus effects with the release of “Invitation From the Slumbering Moon” or the Version 4.0 update on January 19, 2023. It is one of the newly added types of Resonant Toppings. Nevertheless, Moonkissed Toppings are only available for dwellers of World of Dreams — which means that Moonlight Cookie and Milky Way Cookie are the two Cookies that can equip them.

Below is the list of all five Toppings that have been upgraded into Moonkissed Toppings:

ToppingsBonus Effects
Searing RaspberryIncreases Attack (ATK+ 2%-3%)
Swift ChocolateDecreases Cooldown (Cooldown Reduction+ 1.5%-2%)
Solid AlmondIncreases Damage Resistance (DMG Resist+ 4.5%-6%)
Bouncy CaramelIncreases Attack Speed (ATK SPD+ 2%-3%)
Juicy Apple JellyIncreases Critical rate (CRIT+ 2%-3%)

As mentioned before, since Moonkissed Toppings can only be used by two Cookies so far — Moonlight and Milky Way Cookie — their usage is pretty limited. Still, we will tell you which Toppings are best used with which of the two Cookies below. Update: Two other denizens of World of Dreams, Blueberry Pie and Cream Puff Cookie, have been added with the second part of the “Invitation From the Slumbering Moon” update.

For Moonlight Cookie, you will want to use either Solid Almond to prioritize her damage reduction and survivability; or go with Swift Chocolate to maximize her damage output by spamming her Skill. The same pretty much goes for Milky Way Cookie as well.
