The news comes from the official Ozzy Osbourne X account, which says:

It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.

At the time of writing, the cause of death is unknown, and Osbourne’s family has asked for privacy and respect during these sad times. The most shocking part about all of this is that Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne’s band, had its farewell concert called “Back to the Beginning.” It was a benefit concert that raised £140 million for Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Cure Parkinson’s. The concert ended with Black Sabbath’s final performance. The band wanted to give their last concert in Aston, which is the place where it all started, and would symbolize an end to Black Sabbath’s many years in the music industry.

Despite some of the controversies surrounding Ozzy Osbourne, his legacy and that of the band were significant in the world of rock. Many fans have shared some of their thoughts about Osbourne’s passing.

“Rest easy, Prince of Darkness. And thank you… for the music, the mayhem, and the magic.” One user commented.

“The Prince of Darkness may be gone, but his legacy will echo forever in rock history.” Another fan wrote.

However, fans aren’t the only ones who are heartbroken about Osbourne’s death. Many other bands have shared their pictures with this music legend.
